Friendly and helpful staff. Been coming there for years. Always really warm inside the reception. Wish they still had the water in reception for patients. Most people there don't wear masks.
Lovely doctor, easy parking. But lack of noise screening of the staff on the phones. Nice music but tv on with no sound.. turn it off and put up a screen please. We don’t want more noise in our lives when going to a heart specialist.
The reception team here are lovely and I'm so grateful for their help and understanding with organising appointments and information needed, as well as Annmarie going above and beyond to help me.
My rheumatologist wrote a simple request to this clinic re my heart medication. After 3 weeks and 5 phone calls from me, still no answer.... and often it is hard to get through as the phone drops out.
Balwyn is going fantastic under their new manager Annmarie. A lovely admin team who are always really helpful.
