Incredible customer service and communication. We worked with Zach Flenner on an auto/RV refinance and cannot overstate how pleased and impressed we were. Zach's communication, timeliness, and check-ins were better than any experience in recent memory. He went out of his way to solve problems, make the process as streamlined and easy as possible, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very highly recommended!
I have been a member since 2007. I have two checking accounts and am a joint owner (but not primary) on a third. I use their bill pay for all of my reoccurring expenses (mortgage, utilities, credit cards etc...). In the confusion of opening a new account and moving funds from an existing account, the joint account did not have enough money to cover a scheduled bill pay. Very friendly staff and extremely efficient
Our credit union for over 15 years. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service, the personal touch of a small institution, and the best rates we've found for both fusion checking and our HELOC. Working with Holly and Ted to fund and close our HELOC was a breeze and they are so helpful. Excellent service and quick communication. And they made the signing so convenient. Fastest close ever! We love Advantis.
