We applied for a refi, we reported that this would be for a Manufactured home.Brad Packared was the agent that we advised we are a shared community. We paid over $500 for an appraisal.We hadbeen looking for a refi and told by other companies that they dont refi on our situation. I feel that if the company as well with the agent should have know what is permitted before ordering a appraisal they they knew could have avoided the whole situation and loss of monies. This is my first time in my first experience and it has been awful. I am still in the process and still not have been funded and it has been over two months every day I get another excuse the front end part was fine but once I got to the closing, it’s been awful. I am trying to reverse this and move forward with another company. I would suggest you do the same.
