These individuals rely on predatory practices! They bait VA loan individuals into thinking their mortgage payment will be lowered and in reality you are just taking a loan against your home so that you now owe more than what the actual value of the home is. They call repeatedly no matter the time of day and they send letters making it look as if it's from your mortgage company.
