My niece went for a doctor's visit. I checked in on the advantage care app. Once we walked in gave her name and waited to be called. The sitting area is clean and kid friendly. The receptionist are professional, friendly and helpful. We waited about 15-20 minutes to be called. The nurse was friendly, professional and attentive. There is plenty of parking available.
This company is embarrassing and to see that they have a weak 2 star rating is not surprising. First off the entire advantage care building in Valley looks disgusting and disheveled an outdated. On the 3rd floor these people are so lazy they lock every bathroom and only allow you to use one small one in the corner which is constantly busy and dirty.
