This company is embarrassing and to see that they have a weak 2 star rating is not surprising. First off the entire advantage care building in Valley looks disgusting and disheveled an outdated. On the 3rd floor these people are so lazy they lock every bathroom and only allow you to use one small one in the corner which is constantly busy and dirty. Pediatrician is terrible
Expect to wait for at least 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. It’s so irritating and happens every single visit. They even advise you arrive 15 minutes early so you will be waiting for 45 minutes to 1hr before getting called. I like my doctor but the system needs to be fixed!
Tried to see a general doctor at this office and waited 1 hour and 50 minutes and never saw a doctor or got an explanation. I was 1 of the first patients in at 9:15. How is there always someone ahead of me. Canceled but specialty doctors are great so 3 stars.
