The receptionist was Very loud calling a patient regarding an appointment, the patient couldn’t speak English and she was rude asking patient does anyone speak Spanish. In this day and age people Should be using language line or at least learning conversational Spanish. Every time I come here I have to hear a patients name and their medical information. Training is needed
The facility has terrible service. You will wait an hour or more to be called to the exam room. Then you will wait another 30 to 40 minutes before thr doctor to see you. This type of service is disrespectful and I will be looking for another medical group.
Tardiness is no joke. Do not call back a major issue. Takes very long to get connected with the doctor. The people who answer don't know absolutely nothing about the office, completely a call center. My first visit and after I tried contacting their office.
Sheryl at the front desk was very helpful for us and my visit went smoothly because of her.
