It is with deep disappointment that i write this review because Dr. Bichotte-Ligonde is a very nice doctor and I think under different conditions I would want my daughter to receive care here. In September of last year my daughter broke her foot and needed a referral to see an orthopedic doctor. I submitted what was requested by Nurse Daphne and assumed because I had not heard back everything was taken care of. I had the worst experience here at this location. Coming after hours is better than coming during normal hours. Be careful which provider you choose. Somehow I missed the fact that I selected a nurse practioner instead of an doctor. And yes there is a big difference. I saw nurse ALFONSO AZUCAR. He had a terrible attitude and I don't feel I was treated fairly. I felt dismmised I would never recommend him or this practice to anyone. I'm definitely going to escalate this matter about my experience.
The office was closed earlier than 2 even though listed on the door and online was a different timing ! Especially when someone has kids and no sitter run to make it on time to be seen they close before hours of operation !!! Would not recommend anyone to go here
The previous pediatric MD. Barbaris was excellent. He was aged, but he knew his stuff! The new pediatrician, Jason Waterloo, is terrible. Just terrible. Poor bedside manner and rude. He needs to be replaced. I now go to a different office. He shows zero compassion did not order prescriptions that was needed for my sick child. Terrible.
