The quality of ACP has dropped significantly! It feels transactional. I reached out requesting a referral for my son - and I let them know that my son has missed quite a lot of school. No compassion shown. Instead, I was told to check my insurance and select a provider! Where is the CARE!! I appreciate my PCP but the front desk is extremely rude. There is no way I'm checking out and the lady is snapping her fingers to get my attention to tell me to go to the other side as I am doing that the other two ladies are obviously clocking out for the day but still rudely saying what do I need like if you don't want to do your job then don't come to work simple all the reviews are pretty much about their front desk staff bunch of rude old women
Attention Green Acres your building is absolutely filthy at 260 w sunrise , the cleaning staff at night look like they are sleeping . Second time coming at night using their urgent care and the building has the same exact stains on the floor, walls, waiting rooms , main entrance etc from when I was here weeks ago. That’s absolutely disgusting for a medical office. Please train your night cleaning crew to do a better job because they clearly must be focusing on a different area more than what they need to and forget the rest ... read more
I've been with for almost 10 years and I dont like their wait times always long. I needed to see the doctor to get a referral so I was forced to take the last appointment which was 4pm. I got there at 1:23pm and at 4:20pm I was told I still have 2 persons ahead of me. I work in a hospital and for appointments we definitely try to accommodate patients that shows up early. Not satisfied ......time to upgrade
