When I first came in, they told me to sign forms that they wouldn't show me. They said you have to sign the forms in order to print them out, which seems incredibly suspicious to me. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes for my appointment. They called me back at 45 minutes and then made me wait in *another* room for a half hour. The actual appointment went okay; I needed to go back on a medication I was previously taking, and the NP was able to write it for me. Then, they tried to ice me out for almost three weeks.
