Very good experience. The man directing me to the elevator was kind and helpful, and so were the Maimonides staff who I ran into because I thought they were AdvantageCare. The staff at AdvantageCare were also great. They were very helpful and the service was quick. I had a very short wait time. The waiting room is clean and spacious, with TV and wifi available for entertainment. There is a screen that shows what I believe is your estimated wait time as well. The place new a clean quite very short waiting doctor and staff was polite and friendly.
This was my first visit as a new patient, and I had Alexis Murphy, NP, as my gynecologist — she was excellent! The medical assistant was great as well — very professional and a clear communicator. My pap smear was done quickly and discreetly, and Alexis explained each step beforehand, which I really appreciated. The clinic is clean, the front desk staff are friendly, and they respond to any questions or concerns promptly. Overall, a great experience! Advantage Care recently moved to 1715 E 13 st in Brooklyn. I do not recommend driving there use one of the many busses in the area or the Q and B train that is 4 mins away. This office is VERY spacious, bright and and yes its the same exciting, helpful, friendly and respectful staff. I came to see my regular doctor Dr F. Ahmed who I have been seeing for over 20 years and I have seen many of the same staff for years with him.
