Was told I would still be seen after letting them known for two days straight I would be 5 mins late. Exceptions should be made especially if it was wrong information due to employees relaying wrong information to patients.

First time seeing the eye doctor at this location and it was slightly uncomfortable experience. I personally don’t like to have both eyes dilated since I had to travel back home quite a distance alone on MTA. With everything happening in NY I have reason to ask questions. I was visibly nervous he did absolutely nothing to calm me down and say take a few minutes and decide instead he just changed his tone sounded annoyed and said “ma’am I’m just trying to do my job if you don’t want to do it then don’t“.
