Last time I went (about 3 years ago) was great. This time I arrived as they were supposed to open, waited 20 minutes for them to actually open, Then the receptionist wasn't able to log in since she was just returning from a 3 week absence and her password expired. She called IT who was unable to reset her password and therefore they were unable to see me because the couldn't access their own system. I was referred to their virtual visit which was another waste of time. Don't even bother trying to log on with an android phone... read more
I was just turned away at 5 PM from this walk-clinic that closes at 6 and no one in the waiting area! My pant leg has visible signs of blood seeping through and they refused me treatment! If you want caring medical professionals, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT!!!
