Ever since the new location opened, I noticed that my wait time to see a physician has decreased. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is neat and clean.
I checked in 15 minutes early, yet still had to wait inside for over 1 hour！ I completely don’t understand how they manage things inside that hospital. They take patients' insurance and money, but end up delaying patients' time.
The quality of care really depends on who you see. I had terrible experiences with the providers at my last 2 visits to ACPNY (Elmhurst and Jackson Heights). I was able to get a same day appointment and there's no co-pay with my insurance; these are the only things going for ACPNY.
