Ive been coming here since I was in pediatrics. I am now a health care professional myself, great insurance however, decided to stay with ACP out of loyalty and I like keeping all my health care within one place however, after today its time to look elsewhere. My provider told me he can only address 3 of my concerns, then pointing to his watch although he was the one late to the scheduled appointment. The nurses fill out important forms for patients when they feel like it, no sense of urgency. My last doctor’s visit the doctor kept yawning throughout my visit. Front desk receptionists are ok. Once I find a new, better clinic… not coming back.
Great experience, no issues at all. Such an easy and great experience.
Better during pandemic times. Shorter waits and fewer people in the waiting rooms. Just get there 30 mins early, because you will be waiting long. The receptionists are ok, just very slow, and their English isn't great.
