NP Judith Apollon Louissaint was extremely unprofessional and made my visit uncomfortable. She has no respect or consideration when dealing with patients.
The absurd level of difficulty trying to get a referral from this place has frustrated me so much. They also treat you like a checklist, and make you feel like they just want to get to the next patient. I hope to find a primary care provider who is a better fit for me that takes my insurance. Update: I got a new PCP, no more Advantage for me!
Judithe Apollon-Louissaint, NP Is LAZY. I came in for my ears being clogged due to wax build up and requested them to be flushed after I advised Ive been using ear drops that weren't working. Instead of flushing my ears she refers me to an Otolaryngology as if Im going death! Even though she stated she saw the wax! She didn't care to listen to me, she kept talking over me and simply didn't want to flush my ears because she didn't want to be liable is what it sounds like. This place is completely unprofessional. I’ve been trying to get a simple return-to-work form filled out, and they keep giving me the runaround. The form clearly says it needs to be filled out by a physician, but they told me to take it to a physical therapist instead. Then they hit me with “the doctor’s out until late July” with no one available to help in the meantime. To make it worse, the first doctor I saw—Dr. Srina—never even documented my visits or the paperwork I gave them. So now my chart is basically empty, and I’m... read more
Trash!!! I came in because my ear was clogged for over a week and in pain. They told me nothing was wrong and to take allergy medicine to clear it up. 2 days later I went to my pcp and was told I had an ear infection that was getting bad. Thank God I listened to my instincts and went to my Doctor
