Today, I intend to give them a rating of less than zero. My wife visited the clinic for a follow-up appointment with Dr. Bagum, but she was utterly rude and disrespectful. Furthermore, she was unwilling to answer her questions. I believe this behavior is in direct contradiction with the doctor’s protocol. I Definitely recommend that not to visit them specifically Dr Noor bagum
This place is very unsafe,my 14 year old son went to meet his mom there after he got out of School Because my Fiance works there and has been for nearly 20 years and while my son was in the parking lot an employee (Maintenance Man) pulled a gun on my son because he thought my son was looking in someone’s car and when my son said my mom works here he told my son he was lieing and to get out of here,when my fiance brought this to the higher ups they swept it under the rug and said they don’t know who that could of been because... read more
This is not a safe place!! Especially for people of color!! A maintenance worker pulled out a weapon on my 14 yr old brother while he was in the parking lot with another young friend, waiting for my mom to get out of work (she is an employee here and has been for many many yrs). I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone who has any medical history that requires follow ups and tests. Terrible at giving results, can never get a call back for results it's all through text on the portal. It feels very impersonal especially if you have an abnormal test result and feel anxious then you can't even get a reassuring call back from a provider. Everything is about coming into the office to discuss something that can be a 2 minute phone call because they want to take your copay. The phone service is even worse... read more
