I only chose this location out of convenience, but I did not enjoy my experience. If you have a true medical emergency, don’t go here. Chances are they will not be able to help you and just give you a referral. It seems like all they are able to offer is some quick basic tests. Their number directs you to a main call center, so you have to physically go there to speak to a person who actually works inside the building. The only reason I gave it a "2" rating is because the 2 doctors I saw (Kaplinski and Bhatt are 10 stars!) were great. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone The call center is either in India or the Phillipines. Extremely rude and incompetent people. They don't listen to what you say and just talk over you. They refuse to connect you to the actual office and say they will send a message to the office (do they? I have been trying to get an appointment for yearly check up for a month already and have been rescheduled twice already. I need medications for my diabetes and prednisone for a cough I have that won't go away. If I didn't call to follow up on 6/15/26 about my appointment, I would have wasted my time and gas. It's unfathomable how they operate in this office and all they can do is apologize!
