Needs to just shut down period he is no good and a big liar
The transmission gave out on our van so we took it to the shop on July 10. Charlie said he would have it done in 5 days, maybe a week. Then it went up to 2 weeks. It’s now September 23 and we STILL don’t have our vehicle back. My husband has called him every week since July and he always promises to have it done by the next afternoon and has some kind of excuse.
