I am not sure how long it has been however, years later still great service. A tub, a walkin tub was installed by Mark. He did fantastic! There have been no major issues that was not solved, all that was needed was a phone call and maybe a couple of photOs ... Mark pulled out an ironcast sit tub and installed the easy to operate jetted walkin. The step-in is very low, about an inch ... It is great for the more mature user.
