AVOID this shop! The staff demonstrates lack of respect toward drivers, making them wait several days for repairs that should reasonably be completed within a few hrs. There appears to be a primary focus on maximizing their revenue, with insufficient consideration given to the operational impact and delays experienced by the drivers/company as a result.
Great experience. I got a heater for our converted promaster installed. I worked with Joe, while Sam and Adam did the installation. It took them a bit longer than expected and was a few thousand dollars more than quoted but they definitely got the job done with some great customer service. Update turns out I was completely overcharged, the work that was done should have been about 60% less than what I paid.
Bob at atg helped us in a pinch and off to the job.
