DO NOT USE Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest service. I booked travel with them last Sept. and received an unannounced $200 credit card charge in January for what they now say was a flight change charge. I showed them documentation from the original transaction, and they agreed to reverse the charges, but have still NOT done so. I spoke with the owner who was really rude and dismissive - telling me that "he would take care of it" but not saying when, and then saying that "I was wasting his time." HORRIBLE! I used this travel agency because I was studying abroad. (SCHOOL DID NOT HAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO As travel agent continued to obnoxiously repeat names of people in my "department" and not listen. I went on a trip the trip June with a group of teachers but I had to change my return flight. Months later, I see another charge for someone else at the school. Frank Orman I-K-N-O-W-Y-O-U-H-A-V-E-M-Y-I-N-F-O-R-M-A-T-I-O-N! You booked both flights.
