Dispatcher is rude and miserable for no reason No one should be so nasty to people arranging trips they are getting paid for!!!
Ted, our driver, was very helpful. He not only helped my wheelchair-bound husband into and out of the medical building for the appointment but also helped him transfer onto the equipment that was necessary for the procedure. Ted went "above and beyond". Thank you again Ted.
