These guys are on the ball!! Went in to test drive the tractor I was looking at. Guy gave me the keys gave me a quick run through and away I went. I was pretty busy with working nights so getting in there was more difficult.. we were able to do everything over the phone and they gave me a great deal!! We recently purchased a CS2520 from ATI in Jasper and it was seamless. These folks have the customer relation standard down pat! I worked with Jake and Chris and what a team these two make. Chris continues the family tradition that was started by Richard and continued by Rob. We love our purchase. Bring on the snow!
Started out great, a few issues lingered, once the warranty ended was where it got real, prior issues ignored, my tractor still has the same trouble, they completely turned on me. Tires on my 4 year old tractor were cracking, hydraulic issues I had since new they ignored, I got transfered from Chris, to some new guy, you didn't know anything about my history, he quoted ridiculous prices to fix stuff they should have done under the warranty.
