Took our truck in for a tire issue they said nothing was wrong with it. But we went to our local tire shop and they found a nail on 2 of the tires. And fixed it for $30 and made sure the other two were okay. Go to united mex tire shop and get your tires done right.
0 stars for this place would be the right score. They advertise 4.99% APR but they add a $995 certification fee, and apply only if you pay the fee. It's a SCAM. BEFORE I came, a long way, I asked if they have any other fees besides sales tax, registration. They mention one, stating that they will wave or work out a deal. They actually have 4 fees that add more then 2k. Also the car was not even clean or prepared for viewing. Very attentive, have a great presentation of the vehicles. Sadly not a lot of vehicles in the back to school season but not holding that against them.
After I waited 5 hours for a oil change and wheel alignment my service manager Emonie Williams was rude if you value time and customer service go some where else
