A bad experience this time!! I came around 11:45am for my 12pm appointment, they took my car, and I sat there until 3:15pm, they said they haven’t bring my car to the machine, which means haven’t checked it yet, so I left, was a terrible experience!! I used to have really good experience for the past two years under covered oil change warranty. I don’t know about their management now, the office staff didn’t care about it today, saying I should expect 4 hours wait time when I checked with him at 3pm and they had 120 appointm... read more
Great service! Had to have scheduled maintenance. Dropped it off 9:30am; job completed by 11am. Friendly, professional staff. Excellent lounge area, if you prefer to wait. Got the Toyota Care Service special; next 4 free. Ask about it; reasonable price. Thanks Advantage!
They are constantly setting off the car alarm to help them find the car they have to work on, it’s just noise pollution
