This company was in charge of conducting a title search related to a mortgage. Although multiple people from the bank, the home builder , and including myself were repeatedly assured the search had been conducted the documents still were not forwarded to the bank in a timely fashion. After days (>3) of calling and either receiving no answer or the same assurances with no results I finally had to go to the office and basically babysit until the needed documents were sent over.
