A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! They real you in, promise you things and then take your money. I was told that my knee braces would be 100% covered. I questioned them on it, because the last place I got a knee brace, I had to pay 40%. Three months go by and all of a sudden I get a bill in the mail. When I called to question them on it, they told me that the girl was new and didn't really know what she was doing, so because of her lack of training, I am stuck with a $850 bill
The people here helped my shoulder recovery go smoothly and made it feel like a second home. Charlie and Marla always made sure I was comfortable and never failed to make me feel welcome. Would defiantly recommend!
