I called this company about renting something. And the amount of time and knowledge the owner spent with me knowing that I wasn't going to rent or buy anything from him tells me a lot about this person. He's that helpful knowing that i'm not a customer.I can't imagine how great he would be if I was a potential customer. Customer service and communication was less than desirable, tent was dirty and faded, 1/4 of seat cushions were stained, chairs had chipped paint. Good selection of linen and napkin colors, good selection of variety of chairs and lighting. Helpful with design layout. Multiple heating solutions if needed.
Love them!! Justin and Amber were great to work with!! I had an outdoor farm venue and Justin helped walk me through every step and answered all my of crazy questions. The setup team was amazing and I can't wait until our next event with Advantage! Prior to booking I did... A LOT of research and price and quality, I'd choose Advantage every time!!
