DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! If you need to get ahold of them for any reason at all it's virtually impossible. I'm dealing with a late unit of mine and they are intentionally ignoring me in order to keep my unit and auction it rather than allow me to pay! There is no other explanation as to why it's so impossible to speak with anyone there. They will call at the worst hours to try to "call you back" but they know exactly what they're doing calling at those times. The place is clean and very accessible. The one and only real complaint. which is pretty bad is. They offer a competitive rate online, but after only being with them for about 4 months, they increased the rent by 33%. When asked, they state that they are in their rights to do so. Which I understand, but that is still pretty shady. I could understand after being there a year, going up a bit. I had my stuff at another location that only increased my rent my 20 bucks a month and had been there for 2.5 years. I moved far away fr... read more
