There is one star only because that is the lowest offered. If you can help it, DO NOT RENT here. We were late on our payments, (when things happen, storage does not take priority). We paid it. But when we arrived to the storage at 10am there was a sign in the door saying they will return at 1pm . Excuse me? When the office hours are at 9am. We made a 2 hour drive to get here.
