I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry that the manager just happens to be sick and NOBODY IS ON SITE to assist many customers that need assistance. 100% tacky and unprofessional. Customer service is not helpful just a bunch of excuses. It's TWO DAYS after Christmas. Back to business if you want business. I took my money to All Purpose Storage on Kuykendahl and got a better, cheaper 5x10, only $55/mo. I recommend All Purpose Storage. They also have Uhaul trucks and employees are always at work. I have things to do. December 2025
