Disappointing experience after waiting so long for my MSLT sleep study to be done here at Advantage. During my daytime nap, I was woken up by a man that came in the building and was talking to my sleep tech, Dawn, very very loudly. I first thought it was the patient in the room next to me talking on the phone on sneaker, but I was in a daze after being woken and quickly realized what was happening. I recently had a sleep study with a CPAP machine. This place did not use distilled water in their machine. The machine looked dirty. I should have walked out as soon as they told me they didn’t use distilled water and I saw the machine. I ended up with a respiratory infection. It’s a disgrace that any healthcare facility does not follow proper procedure.
Excellent experience. Becky my Sleep Tech was very professional and thorough . Not happy that I have sleep apnea and have to use a CPAP but at least Advantage treated me with upmost respect and care ! Update - 2nd visit to Advantage to get my CPAP machine …above and beyond explaining how to use and care for …I’d give 6 Stars if available!!
The guy who was the tech was knowledgeable and explained everything well I feel like he needs to be recognized for his hard work and dedication to his position and things he does for his job I'd give him a over 5 stars and he was very polite
