We were thrilled when Wilmer arrived! He did our septic the last time and was fabulous. Once again, he was excellent. Keep him Advantage! He represents your business well!
While initially a promising service provider, they lost me as a client because they made a mistake and refused to admit it. Backstory: I signed onto a service agreement for annual maintenance and 2 unscheduled service visits. A small line item says that repairs <$500 will be billed without additional authorization. Issue: they came as an unscheduled visit to diagnose the problem. They accurately diagnosed and gave a written next steps as “expect an estimate”. 3 days later, they came to repair without notice or authorization.... read more
Mike is the best. As a first-time septic owner, he helped with our inspections and making sure we understood how the system worked. Since, he has been extremely responsive and helpful. Mike truly cares about his customers and doing the right thing!
Wilmer helped us for an emergency visit. Very responsive and knowledgeable service. Wilmer talked us through everything and advised on our options for guaranteed service. Definitely going to setup a maintenance contract on Monday
They came at the time promised and did a thorough job cleaning out the septic tank including the filter. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Advantage Septic Service deserves a rating of 5+++.
