Mike is the best. As a first-time septic owner, he helped with our inspections and making sure we understood how the system worked. Since, he has been extremely responsive and helpful. Mike truly cares about his customers and doing the right thing!

Our experience with Advantage Septic was an absolute nightmare and serves as a cautionary example of how not to treat customers. We contacted the company in April 2026 regarding concerns about a possible septic system issue. What should have been a straightforward inspection and repair process turned into nearly two months of delays, ignored calls, broken promises, unexplained charges, and ultimately no resolution.
