I lost the key to my storage unit but they were able to help me remove the lock and get a new one very helpful staff would recommend

I am moving from out of state. This facility was recommended to me. The agents working with me have been very helpful, patient, and have answered my many questions. I worked directly with Ted, was assisted by Patricia, and the Office Manager provided good counsel for odd questions.
Over priced, poorly staffed. If there was a closer place than youI would gladly change. You might try getting into a business that you did not deal with people.
A friendly staff with a secure, safe and clean environment. We are really enjoying our rental for storage at Advantage Storage. Recently, when on site we needed some help and Jacob, in the office was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this place!
