I rented the storage unit yesterday I show up today after the facility was closed but the gate is open till 10: 00. to start unloading my vehicle and there's a padlock on my unit. What kind of service is that. I and completely mad and unhappy with my service thus far and because of the padlock on my unit is going to cost me another day or any U-Haul it's going to cost me more mileage on the U-Haul. Tomorrow I'll talk to the office and see what's going on see if the reimburse me some of those charges stay tuned for follow up ... read more
Super friendly and helpful!!! Units are all in the fenced in yard and it is really clean. Pricing is fair and communication is great!!!
Kevin and Scott went above and beyond to help with our U-Haul trailer rental at this location. Wouldn’t have been possible without their help. 10/10 for service. I will be back.
