I'd definitely give less than 1 star if I could. The same as the other poster on here, our insurance paid John Valles up front. It took 9 months for them to repair a 700 sq ft area that had water damage in our apartment. They would be gone for weeks at a time with plenty of excuses why they weren't done. They even used different kitchen cabinets that didn't match the existing ones. Note: they only replaced a few because they broke them taking them out.
