I called the car company in advance bc I was renting a car off site. I asked where to find the van to get to location. When we got to the airport no van. Called there 1800 number from the website and it was disconnected. Called Hotels.com(rental was booked thru them) they also said the phone number that was not working but the tech said he would email company. 30 minutes later a van showed up with many other company names and a SMALL sign that said advantage. Beware of the fast talking salesman. He'll talk you into all the extras before you even know it.
Lies about prices, and lies about you “needing their insurance “. Rent a car from litterally anywhere but here. Staff was rude as well.
Worst place for car rental, please avoid this location at any cost. No one shows up, calls goes to VMs and wait for hours. Never coming back again. Get your car rental needs somewhere else. Wish I could give negative stars
