I see why this company is named what it is, they will take clean advantage of you. Rent at your own risk, literally & figuratively. The reviews speak for themselves at this point, This rental company is equivalent to "The last house on the left" This is where you go when you're clearly out of options, you would fare better drawing a door and knocking three times.... It might be a brighter light at the end of that tunnel than going to this rental car company that's listed in Hell's phone book.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do NOT go to this company, especially the JACKSONVILLE location that’s close to the airport. Saw a good price on Priceline, went there so hyped to get a car. First red flag, they requested 750$ deposit. WHAT? are y’all insane? NOOO other company does this.. why on god’s green earth would y’all rinky dink azzes think y’all can? Then he tells me that my initial price of $152 has to jump to $198 because the air shifted 75 degrees left and the the taxes and fees pissd the governor Ron off…. How in the heck i... read more

This was my first time renting from Advantage and won't be the last. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and courteous. When the other company had no vehicles left and left us hanging, they save the day. Great prices, awesome customer service saved our vacation. Thanks
