No complaints here. At the desk, Deborah was super courteous with the check-out process, answered all my questions and made everything quick and easy (she even correctly noted that the tank wasn't full when I picked up the car without me saying anything). Return staff was also quick and effective at checking everything out. Car ran great too! I was a bit worried at first, seeing how many things can go wrong with a car rental, but was pleasantly surprised at the ease of everything. Thanks!
Horrible service...left us stranded 6 hours away from out hotel...and I called the "road side help"..all they did was send me tonthe next nearby rental office...3 houes away..none of them new what to do...they own me 500 dollars for having to go rent another car from another company...now they are taking there time to get back to me....
