Never again! Scammers! Fined for dropping my rental off at 6 am to catch my flight when my flight out of Orlando was at 9. They will not let you use you Easy Pass and refuse to email an itemized receipt when you drop it off early. Booked with Expedia. They were no help!
It's not cheap at all. It's starts off that way then they hack on so many fees you might as well go to any other rent a car
Like my have previously stated, I rented a Mid-Size SUV. We got to the location the ONLY CAR THEY HAD was a economy SUV. Desk clerk said a manger would have to refund the difference in vehicle. Took car and returned with no problem. Talk to desk clerk upon return and was told I would have to call 800 number for refund. Called 800 number and was told since I accepted the downgrade there was nothing she could do. Reminded her it was the only car on the lot. She told me I could have cancel.
