Hidden charges !!! I reserved for $257 and went i got there they charged me 362 for liability insurence even when it says OPCIONAL on the contract rhe lady said it was OBLIGATED cuz it was like 11 at night i didnt have any other choice so i had to pay it cuz the lady would not rent the car without it , but i did tell her it was the last time i rent from them !!!!!
Reserved the car for 4:30PM, my flight arrived half hour early and the rep at the desk said I wouldn't be able to get the car early since there is nothing available. I was okay with that. He offered so many add ons to which I declined all. I've rented many cars from many companies and always get my own gas before returning the car. Should be Ghetto rental car. 4 people at the counter abd no one know how to rent a car to a customer.

They were great except they told me one thing on the phone and another when I got there. So I had to wait 2 hours to get my car.
