Achtung, betrug ‼️ Ich habe über online einen Auto gebucht und auch für diese Bezahlt mit komplett Schutz und Versicherung (160$). Wir wurden mit dem Bus abgeholt vom Flughafen und wir wurden zum Autovermietung Platz gefahren. Aber als wir dann dort waren, hieß es, das wir nochmal auf ein anderes Shuttle hier umsteigen müssen was uns auch sehr überrascht hatte. They are the worst company ever. They charged me for the rental car and they charge me up front $500 from my husband's bank account for the deposit and its been 4 months still haven't gotten the deposi lt back yet. No response to emails, no phone calls. Nothing do not rent from this company.
What a TERRIBLE place. They rented a car to me with a small crack in the windshield that I didn't notice until after I already drove off. I called to tell them about it and they said no problem not to worry about it. I returned the car, showed them the crack, no issues. WITHIN AN HOUR THEY CHARGED MY CARD $500 FOR THEIR ALREADY CRACKED WINDSHIELD! I tried to dispute this with their upper management and even my card issues with NO success. Awfull. They want to claim , that I did not do. More then 1 year, they still want something. I had full insurance and booked through Expedia.
