RecommendedI had taken over this service from previous owner of my home. It has been 15 years and they are as reliable and courteous as they can be. They discuss safety issues, etc. but have NEVER had a problem with their work, their service, etc.
Frank was great when he came out for the consultation and didnt try to upsell us! Just gave us the facts. We decided on getting their RO system installed right away and then we will have the softener installed later. The tech he sent was professional, clean and knew what he was doing. There was a slight issue with my refrigerator connection so Frank needed to come by the next day to finish the job. Incredible service. Came home from church Christmas Eve 2016, to discover my water softener had failed and the tiny silicone beads throughout my pipes. Called Advantage Pure Flo thinking they would return my call on Monday or Tuesday the 26th or 27th. Instead Jonathan called me back within 15 minutes. Told me not to worry and was at my home by 9:15pm that night. Got the water switched off the softener and help drain all the lines of the beads.
