The service range is poor. Therefore they are unable to offer more. Otherwise the doctor that my son has is nice and very informative.
This place is ridiculous I have had so many Dr in one year and therepist. So because I missed two therepy appointment they wanna put me on the wait list when the first one I had another appointment to go to. And then second reason I put my cat down. Beyond unprofessional I'm so upset guess I need to look for a new Dr. I wouldn't waste my time coming here..
Extremely unprofessional, they’ll schedule you when the doctor isn’t in the office & then cancel on you hours before your appointment. The portal they use never works for e-visits and when you try to call the office to find a resolution they don’t answer causing missed appointments and lapses in medication.
Their whole office system is disgraceful to the healthcare industry. The only professional person my granddaughter has had contact with is a nurse practitioner who manages medication. And not very well. She has messed up on my granddaughter’s medications so bad that it is affecting her stability. Every time this nurse practitioner saw my granddaughter it was via video with no adult present. I have tried multiple multiple times to have the nurse practitioner call me with no luck. Oh they lie so bad also.
I was told I would be seen for a 20 minute appointment and I had to pick my son up and they were at lunch so it look them over 20 minutes to send him, when I walked in the door the clock turned to 7 minutes late when I started they said 10 minute policy… I tried calling 3x with no answer to alert, and anytime I’ve called any other time they’ve never answered or called back.
