As far as being on the work side. RUN! Very unsafe, owner is very careless and knows nothing about what the sites he's "running" actually want on the security guard level. Very poor communication between office, staff, and owner. I couldn't even get last check AFTER making an appointment with the secretary because they left the office during work hours... Could care less about humane and safe working environments. Not a place of growth.
