I have been renting through Advantage for almost 2 years now. They don’t leave any stones unturned. Any questions or concerns that I have, they resolve them promptly. They are sure to show you the property before you agree to rent, and their maintenance team does a great job taking care of their properties! I’m glad I chose this company. They take great care of their residents.
Dont hold their tenants accountable when they’re disruptive in neighborhoods. Charge cheap prices and allow section 8 so their tenants can terrorize neighbors. Awful company with awful leadership
I have been using Advantage Property management for almost 3 years and their performance has been EXCELLENT! They are extremely thorough and professional. They truly know what they are doing. The thing I have liked the most is that we have hired them to look over several properties and when they say they are going to do something, they get results.
