I have lived in this home for 10 years and have never been late on rent until recently. After falling behind, management began calling and contacting me every day, which feels like harassment rather than professionalism. They also attempted to charge multiple late fees for the same rental period, but when I asked, they could not show me anywhere in the lease or resident handbook that allows charging late fees twice. The stove and oven is out of order for two weeks. The electrician came and found out that the oven must be replaced. Since then I have nit heard anything from management. During these cold weather we have not bajed anything. Living in a house where there is not functional oven and stove is like a house without a kitchen. But there is no positive action from management yet.
