Great!!!!! property management especially Ms. Melissa she is amazing when getting things done. If you need a place to rent from please by all means try Advantage Property Management you'll be glad you did.
I can truly say that I have not had any problems with a maintenance request when have submitted one. They quickly send out someone to look at the problem and soon get back to fix it.
Advantage property management recently took over my property at short notice. Quickly after performing their routine inspection, they sent someone out within the next few days to complete all repairs that were noted during the inspection! Way to go for being on top of things! Thank you all so much for the quick and efficient response and the guys did a wonderful job fixing my deck and other things.
