I love Advantage Property I been with them 5 years now and never had a problem. If something need to be fixed they on it. I don't ever want to move.

I move to this home at 5094 Jessie Lee Lane in October 2015 it was good until May of this years. The problem began when neighbor next door move and they start renovation the house which cause big rats to get in my home I request maintenance someone came out patch up bottom counter in kitchen. Rats ate thur that. I had to call memphis housing authority to get a inspection which it fail so instead of trying to fix problem they scratch off date from pervious maintenance and sent it to memphis housing authority they pass it.
