Stay well clear. They like to get paid and screw the landlord. Waste of time having an exit clean done as tennants removed our items from the property, broke a ceiling fan, mould growing in air conditioning units not picked up in final inspection and left for landlord to pay bill. Tennant offered $150 compensation but Advantage have now held those funds for almost 2 months. Have been waiting 2 weeks for Ricky to return my phone call on when this is going to be resolved. As I said stay well clear.

Communication is quick and easy and the first agency I’ve ever dealt with who does not muck around when it comes to getting works done. The most professional real estate we have had as tenants. Any issue we had with the property was quickly and professionally dealt with. We had regular inspections and our Property Manager was always accessible and helpful.
Have just leased our our property with Advantage and couldn’t recommend highly enough. We needed tenants in quickly and Ricky and the team didn’t disappoint in getting this done asap. Lease was signed within a week with an above market value rental return. We loved how they take the time to market rentals just as well as they do sales with amazing photos and marketing campaign. Jess has been so helpful with getting all the finer details like landlord insurance etc organised too. All in all a great experience.
