DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! RUN AWAY from any property managed by this company. They are HORRIBLE!! The units were newly remodled but once in the unit it was clear that it was shabbily done. It takes weeks, sometimes months for repairs, even serious security and safety concerns. I was literally told by the property manager, Kelly, about my broken sliding glass door lock, "I'm not concerned about that because you're on the second floor". Do NOT rent from these ppl. We were given a move in date 1.5 months out from our security deposit being paid, we weren’t even allowed to view OUR apartment until move in day. When we did go to move in we found dead roaches EVERYWHERE. These places look great in photos, reality not so much. These were given the true “landlord special” rip up the old flooring? NO! They will literally cost you money. Get ready for service calls to be scheduled multiple times just for no one to show. My kitchen flooded for 3 days before I got help. Literaly flooding my whole unit, why would they care right? Thanks to my nasty neighbors they had to call pest control. Scheduled it twice and still no one has showed. 2 day of work missed, all my overtime gone, and still no solution. Stay at a motel or your car. Go anywhere else. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY STAYING HERE
Constantly having smoke come into my children’s room and nothing is being done when they have breathing problems. LISA IS THE WORST. Countless times I’ve spoke on this issue. Don’t advertise your apartment as smoke free if you aren’t going to enforce that. The apartment was filthy when I moved in 7 months ago, cabinets weren’t up. They still aren’t up. Tiles were coming up since the day I moved in. I soooo wish I rented else where. I’m taking action.
