By far the worst place I ever rented from. The property manager of 5818 50th Ave (Elena) lies, breaks the law, and tries to cover up her tracks. It came to the point that we had to set up OUR OWN CAMERA and stop accepting phone calls from the manager to instead use text messaging just to start providing proof of the horrible situation we were put in and lies we had to deal with. Just some pointers for anyone thinking to apply to them…They have a minimum requirement of 650 for your credit score but they’re not going to tell you that until you pay the application fee. SO EVEN IF ITS BELOW THAT THEYRE GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN STATE THAT. Just a heads up for anybody that don’t have any money to waste giving YT people. I show interest in a property on Zillow and immediately after, the agent called me, left a voicemail and texted me with urgency about how another individual was going to apply for the property I was interested in. I replied and asked if it was a first come first serve basis for the application and if it would even be worth it for us to apply if another party was going to apply that same night - he assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue. Poor service I’ve been waiting for them to fix a leak under the sink. The maintenance guy named Fernando come in the apartment to “fix” all he said is the he didn’t have the appropriate tools and the he will come back Saturday morning he didn’t than he said that he’ll be Monday by 5pm which is a total lie. Been waiting for this to be fix for a whole week not look fake promises and zero professionalism
