I and my family have been using this business for many year. It saddens me that upon picking up the cards I had ordered for my church, that the individual was very rude and inconsiderate of correcting the problem which was made on the card. Iam a drive trucks for a living and it behooves me how the only thing he wanted to present was his proof policy. He never once attempted to talk about how this error could be prevented. This is my second time I have had a not so good experience with an employee or manager or whatever he is. I do not know his name but he is Pakistan or Iranian tall guy. He has been very rude to me twice. Today I walked in to print and make a purchase and I realized the price was way more than I thought to print.
