I and my family have been using this business for many year. It saddens me that upon picking up the cards I had ordered for my church, that the individual was very rude and inconsiderate of correcting the problem which was made on the card. Iam a drive trucks for a living and it behooves me how the only thing he wanted to present was his proof policy. He never once attempted to talk about how this error could be prevented. This is my second time I have had a not so good experience with an employee or manager or whatever he is. I do not know his name but he is Pakistan or Iranian tall guy. He has been very rude to me twice. Today I walked in to print and make a purchase and I realized the price was way more than I thought to print. I let him know I wasn't going to pay the price because I was not aware it was higher than I thought. He crumbled my printed paper up and stormed off like a two year old. Very knowledgeable and expertise at what their services provide! Also works very quickly turnaround time is awesome on any order that I have ever placed less than 24 hours! I love this place
