I had a major clog issue that affected the whole apartment, and my apartment manager called this plumber about 3 p.m.... but she told me that he couldn't come until between 6 and 8 pm. Orlando called me about 6:45 to say he was on the way, and I couldn't believe how cheerful he sounded after working a very long day already. By 7:30 p.m. I had a functioning bathroom again, as well as a new friend. Orlando and his son knew what they were doing, and were very enthusiastic about serving their customer well.
