Please avoid this place for WorksafeNB physiotherapy. The office manager lied to WorksafeNB, I had to write a letter of complaint regarding my chart with them. The Physiotherapist Kim, would ask me "what do you want me to do today", I was in so much pain with my shoulder. I did not know what treatments to do. I felt never heard regarding my pain. Came here after a bad whiplash injury, I worked with Rob and found him super helpful and looked forward to my physio in what was a super stressful time in my life!
