My experience at Advantage PT in Sammamish was wonderful. I started PT with Rachel approximately 7 weeks before my upcoming marathon. She evaluated my symptoms and provided a thorough but manageable set of exercises to address my weaknesses. Given the limited timeframe she was very deliberate in developing my plan which resulted in me going into and finishing the marathon pain free.
I’ve been going to Advantage PT over the past year for several different issues and have been working primarily with Rachel Stoner. She has been incredibly helpful and truly wonderful to work with. I worked with Rachel Stoner on my Achilles Tendinitis. As a runner, I was eager to get back to running but was also struggling with aging & muscle loss. Rachel was excellent-she helped me get back to running, and I now have a better understanding of what I need to do to keep myself strong & injury free. And I have a new assortment of exercises to do as well. Highly recommend.
