I recently completed my PT at TAI - South Hill and was so very pleased with the results. Though skeptical at first that PT would alleviate the considerable pain from a chronic neck condition, I was pleasantly surprised that it made such a difference. The staff was very encouraging, compassionate and very skillfull in delivering their services twice a week. A special shout out to Cliff and Danny for their efforts and for making me a believer in the benefits of PT.
My needs were addressed in a timely fashion. Very well pleased in the professionalism. I found the entire office to be compassionate and understanding.
