I saw Dr. Perri before getting a bilateral Laminectomy. I have been in pain management elsewhere ever since having a spinal fusion in 2014. He continued what my previous Dr’s where prescribing until after the surgery. One week after my surgery he told me I needed to ween off my pain medication. He took me from 120 oxycodone a month to 21 one week after my surgery. Dr. Perri is a very understanding Doctor. He listens to your situation, accommodates your needs, and is willing to tie your input and experiences into his treatment. My medications and dosages are adjusted as needed and being fine tuned per my input and the Dr's knowledge. I see him for chronic foot pain, (polyneuropathy) and he has helped me immensely. I highly recommend Advantage Physical Med and Rehab.
