I've ordered three times from this company so far. My first time was a fluke at the Lethbridge Home Expo, and the next time he actually got me into the Expo so that I could order a new set from him. These are the highest quality I've ever had, and they actually work with my body to adjust my stride to reduce my joint and sciatic pain in day to day life. My first set of orthotics were showing excessive wear from daily use in boots with a steel shank so he took that pair and sent me a replacement pair with the new prescription... read more

These guys are top shelf! They know what they are doing. I have had amazing results with my custom orthotics. If I have something that doesn’t feel right, they take care of me right away. Highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service! very well made orthotics and adjustments are free. Even our kids are now into wearing orthotics! Highly recommend a free assessment for sure to deal with lower back pain, and/or knee pain, and/or hip pain
