Dr Albright agreed to see me for a second opinion knowing that I was injured in a car accident, great Dr. He saw me promptly, ordered a new MRI and x-ray of my shoulder. Surgery followed with great results. 8 MO later I'm doing much better. Some pain is still there when I sleep or dress but it's much better. Dr Albright was always cheerful, shaking my hand, showing me my MRI's, explaining everything while taking my questions. He lowered my stress and gave me hope. Was a great surprise to find help so close to where I live. A bad hip a move and lots of pain; tried a couple of other places and no calls back. Advantage was quick to answer, got me in to see the Dr. , X-rays on site was an advantage. 😉. Dr. Was honest and didn’t mince words, papers into insurance for approval, need a hip replacement and all of the people there were very helpful and very courteous, of course the humor always helps ease the pain. Well it had been 10 years since my last knee surgery. So I decided to head back in after injuring it on the ice back in 2024. I ended up meeting with Dr. Myers, what a pleasure it was. He was very professional, yet his bed side manner was more than comforting while explaining things to me. As well as letting me express my feelings, etc. Not to mention his asst was extremely friendly and helpful. I found out later that we had meet back in 2017 while working for Dr. Crites. A wonderful office. The staff is amazing and Dr Dale's is a great doctor. I greatly appreciate him taking me on after I broke my hip and had a replacement in Arizona. He did a amazing job job on my significant other's hip replacement. I strongly recommend this office. Thank you Dr Dale's.
The ladies in reception were patient, kind, and efficient. The waiting room was comfortable and my appointment was on time. X-rays were easily done and Jess Meyer explained my injuries clearly, answering all questions. It was a 5 star experience.
