From the moment I walked in as a new patient, I was impressed with the professionalism of the office. Everyone was calm, capable and friendly. Jess was amazing and took a lot of time to ask questions and listen to the answers. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my knee, along with expectations for recovery. His Medical Assistant, Austin, took care of booking further imaging, and when I called later on in the afternoon to ask a question, he got right on the phone with an answer. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Albright performed my 2nd surgery in 2008. It was quite complicated back then and a more unique procedure that required many visits during the year prior. He took great care and time before deciding what was to be done, as my injuries leading to my first surgery began at the age of 12. This was a huge event and most the most painful year of my life, but most worth it. I had a preview appointment with Dr.Jess. He was very thorough telling me about what to expect and what was wrong with my knee. I really appreciated the kind atmosphere at this office and by him and I'm looking forward to working with the team. Thank you so much! The surgery went well. I had a lot of bruising but I guess that's to be expected. It's going pretty good so far. The incision looks nice and I just got the bandage off and strips on. Avoid this place at all costs. I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Albright — truly one of the worst doctors I’ve ever encountered. He was significantly late to each of my appointments, and when he did arrive, he was rushed, dismissive, and visibly irritated. His bedside manner was completely lacking, and he came across as arrogant and uninterested in collaborating on my care.
